I've been going out for the last few days of 2010 even though I was sick with a blocked nose. A full truckload of mucus was stuck between my nose and throat. Gross you out uh? (I don't really care. lalala.) Went to a Japanese restaurant with Shi Min, Clemen and Wei Xiang, where the waitress and dressed up in costumes. Mainly in yutaka and french maid costumes. Yea. French maids who look barely legal. Most probably 16 or 17. Anyway, the costumes are not really kinky. Will be up for disappointment if you are having some funny thoughts. The food is ok, ambience is good and service is excellent. Very attentive to our needs. Or perhaps the dinner crowd hasn't kicked in. Didn't have any mood to take photos. Pale and ugly.

It's pretty hard to arrange a meet up with this clique as there is a special someone who is either sick, agreed to the meet up in the first place then realise that there is a commitment on the same day or a last minute no show up. Simply irresponsible. If you don't wish to hang out with us, just be frank. So in order to make the next gathering easier to organise, I've decided to leave that special someone out. A win-win situation. If everyone changes their plans to accomodate you, you are obliged to turn up. It doesn't matter how late you show up, as long as you do, it reflects how much we mean to you.

I can't click with this kind of personality. It irks me. Completely.

Rushed down to Alley Bar for some drinks with my primary school mates. Was amazed at MJC's and Lawrence's tolerance for booze. They can really drink without getting drunk. Just red-faced. MJC calls it the Asian-glow. My face also turns super duper red after a tiny weeny bit of alcohol. Beer turns my whole face red, sometimes including my ears but red wine magically transform my cheeks and lips to those of Snow White. Rosy cheeks and pink lips. Or perhaps I was really drunk when I looked at the mirror after some wine. Can't remember what effects does hard liquor have on me. But I can vividly remember that whiskey tastes and smells like nail polish remover and gin is awfully disgusting to drink.

Called Gaston at around 12am. Wanted to wish him "Happy Birthday", somehow, all of a sudden, I forgot about that and kept blabbering about the party tomorrow. I only realised it at 2am when I was about to sleep. Short-term memory.

We held the party at the balcony and Silver was whining for attention.


She is able to run from the backyard to the fence in five seconds when she hears some noise at the porch. After that, it is constant whining for attention. Sometimes, she barks like every ten seconds. Her record for whining---> the whole night. This hyperactive dog was making hell lot of noise when we leashed her during Christmas. Kind of break my heart though. I am someone who is not very keen to leash or cage animals. I'm very sure that no one wants to lead a life being tied up.

Did nothing for the whole of today apart from going online and watching tv for 2 hours. Attempted to set up a new blog but gave up halfway. Couldn't think straight when the drowsiness from the medication kicks in. I'm so so so bored. Wanted to whine to Gaston but that sleepy head didn't pick up my calls until 4 plus.

Will be back to work tomorrow. I'm hoping that it'll be a good day. And most of all, i'm praying that my blocked nose will be gone. Breathing through my mouth now as though i'm scuba diving without an oxygen tank. My fever won't come back anymore and the irritating cough to disappear. May I be all well tomorrow!

Hitting the sack now. Muahahaha. Those who have insomnia will be so darn jealous of me. I can sleep for hours and go back to sleep again and again.

My Christmas present from Gaston! Muahahahahaha!

I've been really sick after Christmas. Flu, sore throat and fever. Must be the overdose of chocolates. Going to quit eating chocolates. Imagine me going cold turkey. Wonder what are the withdrawal symptoms...

Woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Kind of screwed up in the morning. Overslept and took a cab to work. I could actually take the train to work if i rush but was too lazy to do that. Had a little misunderstanding, but things worked out in the end. I hope so.

Became a red-nose reindeer in the afternoon. The flu bug attacked me!!! My nose is all red from the contant rubbing and it started bleeding half an hour ago. Irritating.

Going to hit the sack straight after my bath.

It will be a better day tomorrow.

A birthday (Jacinta) and sort of Christmas celebrating. Ain't telling our age. Old. Simply old.

We used to talk about studies, guys and some random stuff that i can't remember. (ok, i'm the one who talks about guys). For now, it's work and more work, more office politics and when are we going to settle down.

Recently, I'm addicted to spending on myself. I'm blaming it on the festive season. I guess this indulgence period will end after Chinese New Year. Enjoying every moment of it.

Was invited to my company's first ever Year End Party. I was a little disappointed with how my company held the event. I was expecting a sit down dinner with dishes served to us. Oh well, it is the usual buffet we have everyday. I could have a change.

The gift exchange we had in office was pretty good though. Mystery Santa Claus.

It's either we come in incredibly early in the morning to place the presents or wait until most of the people are gone. Pretty fun. I still have no idea who gave me my present. Didn't really go around asking.

Of all the people in the office, i picked my dear Director. And the WHOLE office knows about it! -_-"


Got this for the Christmas exchange. The "after" masterpiece was done by my colleagues. It's actually a holder for earrings. Just hang the earrings on the black hooks.

I'll be happier with a packet of chocolates...

Did a butterfly glitter tattoo. Spent a good 15 minutes trying to get rid off it when i was bathing. Ended with up a rash. Boring.


Had a keychain with my face on it. Don't really look like me uh?


Went around taking photos when the party got a little boring.

Overall, the party is pretty enjoyable with plentiful of jokes and nutty performance by some of the participants.

Will be better with booze.

Singapore Pools has just recently opened a branch at my company. Splendid. The government is all out to get money rolling in.


We went for the opening ceremony which they provided free KOI bubble tea for 5 days. I guess it's a strategy to attract crowd... and money.

Oh well, I guess that's the purpose of my company.

Got a warning letter from Traffic Police for speeding at KPE. Totally crap because Gaston always remind me that KPE speed limit is 70km/h. And he never drives above that even though he's a crazy driver. I wonder what happened to me that night.

Stopped by a Malaysian TP in JB and bribed him with 60RM. Now that idiot can relax one corner. Corruption is still thriving in Malaysia even with an anti-corruption campaign. This really gross me out. Pukes.

Thankfully, I had some things that cheered me up.


Played with a poodle for a whole evening. But most of the time I was trying not to get bitten by this puppy which only has two teeth. He hates it when I touch his neck. Super protective.


We finally let Silver baby back into the house after two weeks! It's her shedding period and we didn't let her inside the house with all the falling fur. It's kind of sad. Normally, Gaston and I will let her accompany us when we are having dinner. During her shedding period, she is kept in the backyard and could only look at us through the glass door. There was once she didn't even bother about us. Emo Silver.

I'm thinking of dressing her up as a deer during xmas. Doesn't she look like a deer without her fur?

Got myself a nail polish after work. A xmas present for myself..... or maybe still counting. HAHA.

I kind of lost control when I saw SALE everywhere.

Bought 3 pretty dresses. My style never change. Always predictable - dull colours.


Fell in love with the black dress because it comes with a ribbon at the back!


Got myself another black top. Couldn't resist clothing which are made of silk.


A pair of white heels from Americaya. Yours Truly is a die hard fan of Americaya. The heels they manufacture are so darn comfortable! It's really hard to find heels for size 4 feet and at the same time creates minimum blisters. All the heels that I've bought in the past gave me nightmares. A pair from Bugis Village and another from Charles and Keith made the most impression. Blisters on the heels and toes after 15 minutes of walking. It's really ugly to have those blisters. And they take forever to fade off. Forever. I still have those scars.

Anyway, I was thinking if I should get any footwear when i was done with the dresses and top. Travelled down the escalator and Americaya miraculously appeared in front me. And that's it. I'm gone. Haha. But at least it made me happy. =)

Gave Gaston his advanced birthday gift. Might be getting one soon since my current phone is cranking up on me. This time I will get an armour for my new phone. Or an invisible shield that protects it when I drop it.
