"Retention" bonus{5:39 PM}
I have always try not to blog about my work, but this time it'll be an exception.
Who on earth gives 1 month bonus which pays out in 2 installments? It's so "rewarding" and I'm sure that it will "retain" staff.
Retention bonus. Right.

Tony Romas{10:47 PM}

Brought my family to Tony Romas for dinner.

Went crazy and ordered all these stuff.
Warning: Never ever ask me to order food when I'm starving.
I
always over-order. In the end, close to half of what I've ordered will be wasted. FYI, their seafood feast is not that fantastic at all. Their fish is horrible. Manhatten Fish Market's dory fish tops my list.

This is what I discovered when I get back from work. All the baby's breath are gone and there are additional 2 carnations hidden with the bouquet. My dear mum did this. Not very good at camouflaging.

Took this photo using my new phone. Without flash in dim light. Not too bad.
Tried it on Silver. The shutter speed is fast! Normally, Silver will be two-headed when i take her using my old phone. She can't sit still for a minute and when I want to take photos of her, i've got to be really quick. No more worries with this phone. =) hehe.

Gaston + Home-cooked food + Silver + Chocolates = A great night{11:57 PM}

Personally, I feel that Valentines Day is too commercialised in Singapore. But if everyone is celebrating, i also want to celebrate! And, it's an opportunity to
chop Gaston! Presents! I didn't take a photo of the presents though. Got too excited and started using before Valentines Day.

The bouquet of flowers which he bought from his little sister. Very nicely wrapped up and doesn't look as if it's done by uni students.
And
ta-dah!
Gaston cooked for me! I think the last time he stepped into the kitchen was more than 10 years ago. That was back in secondary school when he attended home econs which taught him how to do simple meals.
For this special day, he made Carbonara....... and chocolate fondue!

We had this fondue with fruits which I've forgotten to take a picture because Silver was hovering around us, waiting to be pat or fed. The chocolates refused to melt under the candle and we got to put it over the convection-stove. The end result was
chao-ta chocolates. Still nice though. =)

Silver baby which always accompany us for dinner. Sometimes when she gets too whiny, i got to pat her using my left hand and eat with my right. Or Gaston will command her to get under the table and we will rub her belly with our feet. She's pretty good at getting my attention. Like putting her head on my lap or trying to lick my bag when I focus my attention on the food instead of her. It's hard not to let her in when she gives us the puppy eyes.

Gaston + Home-cooked food + Silver + Chocolates = A great night.

Motherfucking disappointment{1:33 AM}
Had a horrible day at work today and I ended the day with a big motherfucking disappointment. I thought that things will be better tomorrow when I go over the causeway, but that ain't going to happen. How on earth are you going to squeeze 3 grown up guys and 3 grown up girls in a Honda fit?
Darn. Shouldn't you know me well by now? Make plans ahead, please. And fuck it, I took off today. It's going to be wasted.
Tell me earlier and this won't happen. Make things happen instead of waiting for things to happen.
Fuck it. Bloody disappointment.

CNY reunion{9:14 PM}

CNY reunion!

When you give a bunch of girls a camera and a tripod stand, the result will be hundreds of cam-whore photos. Too lazy to post them here.

You get what I mean, right? Lots of photos in the same position and attempting to do different poses. haha.

The 10-year-old dog that keeps barking when the gate was opened and flee when I walked towards him. BUT, he's still so cute!

Pestered my cousin to do my nails for me. I love the way she paints my nails! Pretty. She even gave me a nail polish thinner and a quick dry top coat. Hoho. I don't have to go down to Chinatown to get them anymore. Anyway, she told me something that I feel it's kind of true.
"If you want to find out if a girl bothers to upkeep herself, just look at her toe nails."
Start looking around and you will know what I mean.
Don't be startled by the dirty unclipped nails.

Aching Back{12:37 PM}
Zzz....
I've slept for more than 24 hours and I'm still so sleepy. My back is aching like it's going to break soon. Doctor recommended me to do an ultrascan. -_-".
Girls.... How troublesome can we get.

Baby Rayden{7:01 PM}

Dinner before Chinese New Year.
My whole body is aching after playing with my 13-months nephew. He can crawl darn fast and run at the speed of light. "Speed of light" is just a metaphor, he can run from one side to another before I can say "be careful!"
My back is aching and so are my arms. I can barely carry him for 10 minutes, after that, my arms will be numb. Kudos to those mums who can carry their kids the whole day.
Kind of grounded myself due to those bodyaches. Zzz...
